New Protector Tooth Shape
- A protector is added to the back of the tooth face to prevent the tooth from chipping. Reduced time spent deburring parts after cutting is completed.
M42 High Speed Steel Edge & Chip Curler Tooth Form
- Improved blade life, M42 HSS edge resist heat and abrasion. Chip Curler improves chip removal and reduces impact on the bottom of the gullet.
Wide Set (WS) Specification
- A broaching style tool set pattern reduces the risk of blade pinching as compared with conventional blades.
Coating Options EX-COAT-DP
- High-Speed cutting and longer blade life by EX-COAT-DP. Excellent performance in oil mist environments. Coating improves resistance to heat, abrasion and chipping of cutting surfaces.
