As of April 1 2015, Amada Machine Tools sold the lathe division in its entirety to DMG Mori.  Here in the USA, DMG Mori USA will handle all: Sales, Applications Support, Parts, and Service for the Lathe product line.  This includes all historic lathes sold under the following brand names: Wasino, Techno Wasino, Amada Wasino, & Amada.
